Saturday, August 11th, 2012. All participants are required to be at the race site by 6:45 a.m. Race starts at 8:00 a.m.
All proceeds from the race will be donated to American Heart Association. 
We are now sanctioned by the USAT! All participants will need to be a USAT member or purchase a one-day license. Each participant can EITHER send their completed USAT application to Ronda, along with their race day registration and she will send it to USAT OR the participant can print the application and mail their own USAT application OR they can register online through the USAT web site. The Tick Tock Triathlon registration form MUST go directly to Ronda and NOT USAT. All volunteers are required to sign a USAT waiver. Parents/Guardians are also asked to sign a photo release for their athletes.
